02. User Conduct & Responsibilities
To maintain the integrity of the Quotax platform, we expect all users to adhere to professional standards. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Provide accurate account information.
- Maintain the security of your credentials.
- Respect the intellectual property of others.
- Comply with all local and international laws.
- Automated scraping or data mining.
- Reverse engineering our proprietary code.
- Uploading malicious software or viruses.
- Harassing other users or support staff.
03. Content & Data Rights
Your Content, Your Control
Quotax does not claim ownership of the data, text, or media you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, host, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable tax or financial regulations.
We will not share, sell, or distribute your content to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service.
04. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quotax, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Quotax does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Quotax in the twelve months preceding the claim.
05. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team for account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
